Sales Procedure

In order to issue your company a quote, we will need your company information and preferences including legal company name and contact info, company representative name and title, type(s) of finished products to be made from the lumber (we may recommend applicable species and grades), which species are preferred out of those available, which grade(s) required, expected volume, length preferences, and date(s) the order is expected to be filled and shipped.

Once we establish your preferences we will issue a quote which will be valid for 30 days.

Shipping

Our pricing includes the container stuffing and transport to container shipping yards. Specific responsibilities will depend upon agreed shipping terms. We will facilitate should your company need our help to find shipping options. Generally smaller orders are shipped by one shipment of container while larger orders will be shipped in multiple container shipments.
